  • After 3 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 3-day window, regardless of the reason. The full booking amount will be charged.
  • No-Show: If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without cancelling, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

3. Exceptions

Certain bookings may be subject to specific hotel provider policies, which will be displayed during the booking process. In such cases, the hotel’s cancellation terms may supersede this policy. Non-refundable bookings are clearly marked at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
